Transformational Life Coaching and Counseling
Life’s challenges often offer opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation. Christine combines professional coaching techniques with her intuitive abilities to help clients gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and navigate life’s transitions with greater confidence and purpose.
Together, you’ll explore the patterns, obstacles, and emotions that may be holding you back while developing practical tools to reduce stress, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Christine’s supportive, nonjudgmental approach helps clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and move forward with greater balance and empowerment.
As part of her intuitive counseling sessions, Christine may also receive guidance from Spirit, including messages from Spirit Guides, Angels, or loved ones who have passed. While these experiences are not guaranteed and the sessions are not mediumship readings, they may provide additional insight and support when appropriate.
Christine also incorporates gentle energy healing to promote relaxation, restore balance, and encourage emotional and spiritual well-being, leaving clients feeling more grounded, clear, and empowered.

Intuitive Development and Spiritual Guidance
Christine provides Spiritual Mentorship sessions, where she teaches clients how to tap into their own innate intuitive abilities and discover new ways to connect to the world of Spirit. She offers one-to-one sessions to help individuals develop their unique intuitive gifts and support them through their “Spiritual Awakening” process. These sessions are custom designed for whatever you wish to learn, review, practice or refresh! All things Spirit, energy, vibration, connection, and purpose!
Christine also offers Intuitive Development classes at various times throughout the year.

Supportive Group Circles and Workshops:
Christine provides a supportive, heart centered space for women and teenage girls to connect, open up, share and listen. There is something very powerful and beautiful about women gathering together in groups to celebrate their differences, learn, discover, grow and heal. Topics discussed are based upon request.
