Transformational Life Coaching and Counseling

Transformation is the name of the game! Christine utilizes her in-depth coaching training, intuitive abilities, and a variety of other tools, to connect to the energy and life path of her clients, offering valuable insight, guidance and clarity on situations and circumstances that are present in their life. Together, we work to develop inner strength, set and accomplish goals, identify undesired patterns and limiting beliefs, as well as uncover any blockages and obstacles that may be getting in the way of your desired happiness, success and growth. You will gain access to tools to develop a more mindful awareness, cope with stress and anxiety, and foster greater self-confidence and love for yourself. Christine’s holistic approach to coaching and counseling invites clients to awaken their mind, body, and spirit by exploring new ideas and perspectives that help to promote powerful shifts in consciousness, facilitate growth, healing, and self-expansion, which can take years with many traditional forms of therapy.

Christine will assist you by helping you to establish a greater understanding of yourself, the journey that you are on, as well as the very important role you play in the creation of your own life. This process aides you by helping you to discover and harness your true inner strength and power, while fostering greater self-awareness and capacity for healing. Christine encourages her clients to take conscious action, working from the inside out, to create a healthier, more balanced, empowered and meaningful life! The conversation is always open, comfortable, and non-judgemental…with an intuitive and enlightening flare! As part of her intuitive counseling approach, Christine is also a channel to Spirit, so clients’ Spirit Guides, Angels and loved ones that have passed MAY present themselves during a session, however this is not guaranteed as it is not a mediumship reading. During your session, Christine has the ability to transmit a gentle healing energy to assist with your transformation, helping to provide you with a boost of high-vibrational energy, a balanced healing, a greater sense of clarity. Energy Healing

During sessions, Christine transmits a gentle healing energy and clients often leave each session feeling more calm, balanced, uplifted, and empowered to move forward and take positive steps towards their future!

This energy exchange allows for a more clear, fluid and balanced energetic system, allowing for greater capacity of growth, healing and overall sense of well-being.  She likes to call it “Healing for the Soul!” However, the healing is entirely up to you to determine if you are willing to receive it.

Intuitive Development and Spiritual Guidance

Christine provides Spiritual Mentorship sessions, where she teaches clients how to tap into their own innate intuitive abilities and discover new ways to connect to the world of Spirit. She offers one-to-one sessions to help individuals develop their unique intuitive gifts and support them through their “Spiritual Awakening” process. These sessions are custom designed for whatever you wish to learn, review, practice or refresh! All things Spirit, energy, vibration, connection, and purpose!

Christine also offers Intuitive Development classes at various times throughout the year.
